1 Header Story: As a user, I should be able to see the header of the oncore site intranet portal Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the header with the following details 1.Brand Logo: Brand logo of the oncore would be present here. Clicking on the logo will take the user back to dashboard screen. 2.Logout: Clicking on the logout button will logout the user from the oncore portal and land on the login screen. 3.Message Centre: Clicking on message centre in header to redirect the user to message centre (New Message) page. 4.Download centre: Clicking on download centre in the header redirects the user to download centre. Download centre in the header also has notification. This notification corresponds to the expiry notification of the assets populated in the download landing page 5.Search: Ability of the system to utilize SOLR search to search the keyword user enter. System would search from the entire database and populate the information. below the header 6.Help: Clicking on help on the header will open a modal video which provides more information about the site

1 A Header Story: As a user, I should be able to see the header of the oncore site intranet portal Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the header with the following details 6.User Profile: Ability of the system to show the user specific information such as profile image, Name,job title and location 7. Brand Logo: Ability of the system to show three different brand logo and corresponding indication for each brand. Ability of the system to populate the contents specific to last chosen brand and indication combination. Indication and logo is dynamic and it would change over period of time. 8. Pipeline: Ability of the system to redirect the user to pipeline landing page when the clicks on explore button under pipeline. 67 8

Story: As a user, I should be able to see the footer of the oncore intranet portal Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the footer with the following details 1.Privacy Policy: Ability of the system to redirect the user to privacy policy page when the user clicks on privacy policy. 2.Legal Notice: Ability of the system to redirect the user to Legal Notice page when the user clicks on Legal Notice. 3.Cookies: Ability of the system to redirect the user to Cookies page when the user clicks on Cookies. 4.Site Map: Ability of the system to redirect the user to Site map page when the user clicks on Site map. 5.Copyright Information: Ability of the system to display the copyright information on right side of the footer. 2 Footer

Story: As a user, I should be able to see the oncore my profile screen of the user. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the my profile screen with the following details 1.Name: Profile name of the user will be mentioned here. User will able to change or update the name but this will not get updated in the central DB.. i.e This will be only applicable to ONcore application. 2.Team: User's Team, where the user is currently working will be pulled down from DB and displayed here. User will able to change or update the name but the changes updated will not reflect in central DB. i.e This will be only applicable to ONcore application. 3.Job title: Job title of the user will be mentioned here. User will able to change or update the Job title but the changes updated will not reflect in central DB. i.e This will be only applicable to ONcore application. 4.Country/Region: Base location of the user will be populated here. User will able to change or update the Region but the changes updated will not reflect in central DB. i.e This will be only applicable to ONcore application. 5.Save Changes: All the update made in this page will be updated only after the user clicks on save changes button. 6.Choose file: User will be able to choose the file from the device when the user clicks on choose file. 7.Upload Image: Ability of the system to upload the image chosen from the device by clicking on upload image. This button become active only after the user choose file from the device or it would be in inactive state. 3 My Profile

4 Message centre 7 Story: As a user, I should be able to see the Message centre screen of the user. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the my message centre with the following details 1.Name: Profile name of the user will be mentioned here. User will not able to change or update the name. 2.Subject: User will be able to enter the subject of the message here. 3.Comments: User will be enter the comments or the message here to be sent to the admin team in oncore. 4.Send Message: Ability of the system to send the message to the admin mail Id mentioned in the text above when the user clicks on send message. Here, the admin would get the details of name of the user, subject and the message. When the message is sent, ability of the system to show “message sent” message next to send message button. Admin would see the oncore user address which is populated from central DB. So if the admin wants to reply to the oncore user, admin would be able to reply as the oncore user mail address would be populated in reply-to column

5 Download centre 8 Story: As a user, I should be able to see the oncore download screen of the user. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the download screen with the following details 1.Videos: Ability of the system to populate all the videos user has seen or downloaded throughout the portal. Items that have expired will be greyed out and cannot be accessed. User would be able to delete the expired videos here. 2.Documents: Ability of the system to populate all the documents user has seen or downloaded throughout the portal. Items that have expired will be greyed out and cannot be accessed. User would be able to delete the expired videos here. 3.Powerpoints: Ability of the system to populate all the powerpoints user has seen or downloaded throughout the portal. Items that have expired will be greyed out and cannot be accessed. User would be able to delete the expired videos here

6 Sitemap 9 Story: As a user, I should be able to see the sitemap screen of the user. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the sitemap screen with the following details 1.Login: Clicking on login screen will take user back to dashboard page. 2.My core: Clicking on my core will redirect the user to dashboard page. 3.Other pages: Clicking on Download centre will lead to download centre landing page, clicking on message centre will redirect to message centre page, clicking on my profile will redirect to my profile page and the same goes to learn, blog, intelligence, inspire, resources, share and pipeline, clicking on these will lead to respective landing page. 4.Module section : This will not be clickable. 5.Module content: This will not be clickable

7 Dashboard Story: As a user, I should be able to see the oncore dashboard of the user. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the dashboard screen with the following business rules and sections 1.Learn: Ability of the system to populate last three learn module prioritized based upon last activity of the learn module. Here, system would show only the in progress article. Clicking on each article will redirect the user to the particular module.User can either click on the article or the arrow. 2.Blog: Ability of the system to populate last three blog prioritized based upon last update of the blog. Here the business logic is, system would populate one new and two pinned items based on the number of pinned items for the user. For example, if the user sticks only one pinned blog,then the system would populate one pinned and two new blog. Any blog which is created less than one month is considered as new blog. Clicking on each blog will redirect the user to the particular blog

7 Dashboard 3. Inspire: Ability of the system to populate two latest videos uploaded in inspire section. Inspire will have video text above the video, total duration of the video, video upload date. Clicking on the video will take the user to inspire landing page and video would open as modal window in the inspire landing page. When the user closes the modal, user will still be in inspire landing page. 4. Intelligence: Ability of the system to populate the most recent three intelligence article in this section. It also has the icon corresponding to category the article belongs too. Clicking on the article will redirect the user to particular intelligence article. Also, it will have one most recent article for each category. 5. Reminders: Ability of the system to populate two upcoming reminders for the user. This event would be organisation specific and it will not vary for different user. Reminders would come come from admin to populate

7 Dashboard 6. Resources: Ability of the system to populate two document which is most recently added and available for the user to download. Document would vary from presentation, Word document and blogs. Clicking on the document will redirect the user to the particular document. It also has expiry date of the document 7.Share: Ability of the system to populate two articles/documents/training kits which is the most recently added in share section. Clicking on the document will redirect the user to the particular document. 8. HotSpot: Ability of the system to show three image which is set in the CMS. Clicking on the image will redirect the user to it’s corresponding page. There is a carousel been set to move over the image

8 Learn Landing page Story: As a user, I should be able to see the Oncore Learn landing page. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the Learn Landing screen with the following details 1.Left Navigation: Left navigation has two categories. In progress and completed. All the learn module which the user has completed will be present in completed and in progress will have the learn module which is not completed and new learn module would be populated. Clicking on next will move to next category( ie from in progress to completed). And if the user again clicks on next if will move to inprogress again. 2.Inprogress: It had three section, progress percentage which is generally calculated over the percentage of module completed, module title, and go to module, where the user can click on it to go to that particular module. It will also have last activity time stamp for the user. 3.Expand Button: Clicking on the Expand button will expand the screen and it will hide the left navigation and the header-1A (refer slide 4)

9 Learn Module Content Story: As a user, I should be able to see the oncore learn module content for the user. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the learn module content with the following details 1.Left Navigation: Left navigation would have all the chapter present in the learn module. Clicking on next will move to next category( ie from one chapter to another). And if the user again clicks on next if will move to next module again. User will not be able to skip one module and jump to another module. 2.Learn completion: This will give update on the user completion of the module after the user reads through the entire chapter and move to another. 3. Expand Button: Clicking on the Expand button will expand the screen and it will hide the left navigation and the header-1A (refer slide 4) 4.Module Chapter: Module chapter can have different types of contents such text, image and video

10 Learn Module Content- Expanded View Story: As a user, I should be able to see the oncore learn module content - Expand view for the user. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the learn module content - Expand view with the following details 1.Left Navigation: Left navigation would have all the chapter present in the learn module Clicking on next will move to next category( ie from one chapter to another). And if the user again clicks on next if will move to next module again. User will not be able to skip one module and jump to another module. 2.Expand Button: Clicking on the Expand button will expand the screen and it will hide the left navigation and the header-1A (refer slide 4) 3.Learn completion: This will give update on the user completion of the module after the user reads through the entire chapter and move to another

11 Blog Landing Page Story: As a user, I should be able to see the Oncore Blog landing page. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the Blog Landing screen with the following details 1.Left Navigation: Left navigation has three categories. Latest post which will correspond to latest blog published. Most read blog will be based upon the blog which is most viewed by all the users of oncore. Timeline archive will correspond to the blog which is published for every month. Clicking on next will move to next category( ie from Latest post to Most read newsletter). And if the user again clicks on next if will move to Year archives. 2.Blog -Latest post: Clicking on the latest post will show all the recent blog updated in the system.It will have all the sticky post on the top. 3.Expand Button: Clicking on the Expand button will expand the screen and it will hide the left navigation and the header-1A (refer slide 4) 4.Categories: Depends on the blog been listed, categories would be populated on the categories section. 5.Tags: Depends on the blog been listed, tags would be populated on the tags section

12 Blog - Sample Story: As a user, I should be able to see the oncore blog content for the user. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the blog content with the following details 1.Left Navigation: Left navigation would have back button which will take the user back to blog landing page. Clicking on next will move to next blog ( ie from one blog to another). And if the user again clicks on next if will move to next blog again. User will be able to skip one blog and jump to another blog. 2.Expand Button: Clicking on the Expand button will expand the screen and it will hide the left navigation and the header-1A (refer slide 4). Next to the expand button there will be a “PIN” icon. Clicking on this will pin the article to the top of the landing page as a ‘Pinned post’ 3.Related post: Here all the blog post related to this blog content will be present here which will be filtered through tag associated with the content. 4.Blog Content: Blog content can have different types of contents such text, image and video and it will based upon two templates. One template will have only text and other templated will have pictures and videos

User will not be able to skip one blog and jump to another blog. 2.Expand Button: Clicking on the Expand button will expand the screen and it will hide the left navigation and the header-1A (refer slide 4) 3.Related post: Here all the blog post related to this blog content will be present here which will be filtered through tag associated with the content. 4.Blog Content: Blog content can have different types of contents such text, image and video and it will based upon two templates. 14 Intelligence- Landing Page Story: As a user, I should be able to see the Oncore Intelligence landing page. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the Intelligence Landing screen with the following details 1.Left Navigation: Left navigation has five categories and article archive. Five categories are literature updates, clinical trials, lifecycle management, congress updates, GMA updates. Timeline archive will correspond to the blog which is published for every month. Clicking on next will move to next category( ie from Latest post to Most read newsletter). And if the user again clicks on next if will move to Year archives. 2.Intelligence -Latest post (According to category):It will have all the sticky post on the top. Updates would be in timeline view. Timeline archive will correspond to each category – i.e each category will have its own timeline – this will correlate to when the information is added – not a blog that is published every month. Only literature updates will have a definite update every month. Literature updates will be pre-selected each time a user enters the page. 3.Expand Button: Clicking on the Expand button will expand the screen and it will hide the left navigation and the header-1A (refer slide 4) 4.Right Navigation: Right navigation will have three latest article from each category. Clicking on the article will land the user on the article landing page

17 Inspire - Landing page Story: As a user, I should be able to see the Oncore Inspire landing page. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the Inspire Landing screen with the following details 1.Education Videos: All the Educational videos uploaded to inspire section will be present here. It will also have duration time and uploaded date present. 2.Webcast: All the latest webcast uploaded to inspire section will be present here. It will also have duration time and uploaded date present. This section will also have live webcast. 3.Expand Button: Clicking on the Expand button will expand the screen and it will hide the left navigation and the header-1A (refer slide 4) 4.Archive: Ability of the system to populate all the videos and webcast in this section 5.Download: Ability of the system to show the download in active state for all the webcast, educational videos except live webcast and live streaming webcast. 6.Upcoming: Ability of the system to populate all the upcoming webcast to be shown in this section

18 Inspire - Landing page- Expanded View Story: As a user, I should be able to see the Oncore Inspire landing- Expanded view page. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the Inspire Landing- Expanded view screen with the following details 1.Latest Videos: All the latest videos uploaded to inspire section will be present here. It will also have duration time and uploaded date present. 2.Webcast: All the latest webcast uploaded to inspire section will be present here. It will also have duration time and uploaded date present. 3.Expand Button: Clicking on the Expand button will expand the screen and it will hide the left navigation and the header-1A (refer slide 4)

19 Resource - Landing page Story: As a user, I should be able to see the Oncore resource landing page. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the resource Landing screen with the following details 1.Core Document: All the core document uploaded to resource section will be present here. It will also have author name and uploaded date present. It will have the sticky post in the top 2.Topical Document: All the topical document uploaded to resource section will be present here. It will also have author name and uploaded date present. It will have the sticky post in the top and then the category post. 3.Expand Button: Clicking on the Expand button will expand the screen and it will hide the left navigation and the header-1A (refer slide 4)

20 Resource - Landing page- Expanded View Story: As a user, I should be able to see the Oncore resource landing page. 23 Pipeline- Landing page Story: As a user, I should be able to see the Oncore Pipeline landing page. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the Pipeline Landing screen with the following details 1.Phase: Ability of the system to populate all the Bayer pipeline projects by three phase 1,2 and 3 under current/planned clincal trials sections. Clicking on the project under phase will redirect the user to pipeline content page. 2.Show all: Ability of the system to populate all the Bayer pipeline projects which is in research pathways when the user clicks on show all button. Clicking on the project under show all will redirect the user to pipeline content page. 3.Early clinical Development program: Ability of the user to click on early clincial development program to redirect the user to pipeline content

24 Pipeline- Content Overview Story: As a user, I should be able to see the Oncore Pipeline –Content overview page. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the Pipeline –Content overview screen with the following details 1.Description: Ability of the system to populate all the information from the sitecore cms specifically for description field 2.Area of Interest: Ability of the system to populate all the information from the sitecore cms specifically for Area of Interest field. This page would show image if it uplooad in cms for this section

24 Pipeline- Mechanism of Action(MOA) Story: As a user, I should be able to see the Oncore Pipeline –MOA page. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the Pipeline –MOA screen with the following details 1.MOA: Ability of the system to populate all the information from the sitecore cms specifically for MOA field and show image if there are any image uploaded for this section. 28 1

24 Pipeline- Clinical Trial Story: As a user, I should be able to see the Oncore Pipeline –Clinical Trial page. Acceptance Criteria: As a user,I should be able to see the Pipeline –Clinical Trial overview screen with the following details 1.Description: Ability of the system to phase, Clinical trial project, clintrials.gov identifier and status. 29 1
