DISCUSS IN GROUP - INTERNSHIP Ask yourself and each other: - Were you motivated? - Who or what motivated you? Compare your answers How would you motivate interns/employees if you were in the position of supervisor/manager? Are different forms of motivation necessary for different positions/departments ? What about different cultures ? Did you get feedback ? On a regular basis or at the end? What about informal feedback ? How was it given? How was the formal feedback given?
