It is the unloading of your exhibit materials, delivery to your booth, handling of empty containers to and from storage, and removal of your materials from your booth for reloading. Material handling charges are calculated on a per hundred lbs. weight basis. Cartload Service GES offers a cartload service to assist exhibitors who bring small items (250lbs or less) in their personal vehicles at a one way rate of $75.50 per trip.

This will allow exhibitors the opportunity to unload quickly and safely into the exhibit area. All box trucks, straight trucks, personal trucks over one ton, trailers and bobtails or other larger vehicles not classified as a Personally Owned Vehicle, will need to be unloaded by union personnel. Please refer to the EXHIBIT INSTALLATION & DISMANTLING LABOR ORDER FORM for further information. – The Teamsters Union #631 has jurisdiction for the installation, touch up, painting, dismantling and all repair of all exhibits. – The use of power tools is not permitted. As an exhibitor, you will be pleased to know that there are no restrictions or requirements to use union labor for the unpacking and placement of your merchandise or product, providing this work is done by your permanent employees.
