PENTAIR Item Master Clean-up of Non-Standard Items Required – Historically JDE did not validate Item Cross Reference information – The quote tool will be used to create the cross reference information in preparation for ordering in Hoffman Connect Sales offices will get a full list of their item numbers with: – Cross reference data that we have – Sales order information that we have Each sales office will prioritize their list of items to clean up prior to Go Live – Items cleaned up prior to Go Live will eliminate the need for workflow approvals at the time of order – If Items are not cleaned-up prior to Go Live, each sales office will be able to clean up items at the time they place the order by revving the item in the quotes tool Sales offices will be provided an FAQ with details on how to clean-up their Non- Standard items Your Hoffman quoter will be your super user to help you through the process TRANSITION TO THE NEW SYSTEM TRG-00065
