P3 TASK FORCE – MEMBERS

P3 TASK FORCE - MISSION 1.) Make recommendations to the Board on changes in the County’s ordinances, resolutions, regulations, implementing orders and administrative practices that will advance P3’s a. Task force shall analyze and review successfully utilized P3 legislation, arrangements and projects in other communities throughout the country. 2.) Evaluate and make recommendations to the Mayor and the Board with respect to the P3 plan required pursuant to Resolution No. R and any updates to said plan a. Review, assessments and recommendations shall not relate to any potential projects that maybe suitable for P3 arrangements identified in the plan. 3.) Review and assess timelines and legislative recommendations or other goals, tasks or deliverables set forth in the County’s P3 plan 4.) Provide a written report to the Board describing the P3 Task Force’s findings and recommendations regarding the directives above within 364 days of the effective date of Resolution No. R ( ) Amended Powers and Duties of P3 Task Force
