KUJI PORT 3926N 14108E Crew noted seawall fragments IVO port. 8x docked ships, 4x floating cranes; 2x cranes ashore observed moving buoys on pier. Noted personnel ashore cleaning debris. Noted blue floating crane is stable. Assess piers to be accessible by roads. UNCLASSIFIED BLUE CRANE STABLE 2x FLOATING CRANES ASSESSED TO BE CLEARING DEBRIS

SHIMANOKOSHI HARBOR 3954N 14156E Crew noted seawall jacks dislocated; broken pier and bridge. Target not ready to receive vessels. Observed tractors operating IVO of target. Assess port to be accessible by roads. UNCLASSIFIED

OMOTO PORT 3950N 14157E Crew noted scattered seawall fragments; assess channel to be navigatable by small boats. No visible damage to dam. Noted 2x small boats overturned, 1x leaking fuel three miles out to sea. Observed 2x tractors cleaning debris. UNCLASSIFIED

TARO HARBOR 3943N 14158E Crew observed cement blocks staggered in harbor; assess to be broken seawall and damaged houses; major access roads clear. No marker buoys IVO harbor. Visible damage to port facilities. Observed 1x person IVO harbor. Target not ready to receive shipping.

3937N 14158E Crew noted increased activity at target; 2x medium sized vessels and 1x large vessel observed IVO main port facility building. Vehicle observed departing through PROB control entry/exit point. No activity was noted on 1x floating crane. Port is assessed to be active.
