1. Wash all the ingredients except the crab meat. 2. Soak the wood ears in lukewarm water. Tear them off. 3. Cut off the stalk of the shiitake mushroom. Shred it. 4. Slice the bamboo shoot into 0.5cm-thick pieces. 5. Chop the leeks into 6cm-long pieces. 6. Shred the onion into 0.3cm-thick pieces. ■ How to Cook

7. Cut the green onion in half. Then cut it 6cm-long. Slice the garlic clove thinly. 8. Tear off the crab meat. 9. Rub the squid with salt and skin it. Make some cuts on the inside. Cut it into 1x4cm slices. 10. Put the starch into the water to make starchy water. The starch and the water should be the same amount. 11. Drizzle some perilla seed oil on the pan. Stir-fry the green onion and garlic first. Then add all the other ingredients except the leeks and stir-fry. Season with salt and pepper ■ How to Cook

12. Pour some water to 11. Add the stock powder that comes in Hururuk Gooksoo and some oyster sauce. Boil for 2 and a half min. 13. Lower the heat. Add the starchy water to thicken the sauce. 14. Lastly, add the leeks. 15. Boil the noodles for 2 min. Rinse the noodles with cold water and drain it. 16. Put the noodles on the plate. Pour the sauce(14) onto the noodles. Enjoy! * You might add the seasoned soy sauce that comes in Hururuk Gooksoo to taste ■ How to Cook

Quick Review!  Chop the vegetables.  Get the mushrooms ready. ⑥ Stir-fry the ingredients. ③ Tear off the crab meat. ⑤ The ingredients are all ready! ⑨ Boil, rinse and drain the noodles. ⑧ Add starchy water to thicken. Add the leeks. ④ Make cuts on and slice the squid. ⑦ Add water and seasoning and then boil. ⑩ Pour the sauce onto the noodles. Enjoy!
