WHAT IS PROMOTION MANAGER? PM - is the software solution that has been installed on the POS in your locations and it enables restaurants to create optimized and reliable promotions and track them. PM allows you to add a code that is unique to each guest. This code can be redeemed only once and valid for 7 days from the sent date and therefore ELIMINATING FRAUD!

Things to look out for when building an 1- Make sure to select the offer code that matches the promotion you are mailing about. 2- Make sure the Mailing expiration date is set to “30 days after sent” to match the offer code’s default expiration of 30 days after sent. 3- When applicable add the offer restrictions in the message LSM Templates

LSM - New Reports 2 New Reports are now available to track redemptions: Offer Transactions: Details specific transactions including date, time, check amount, discount amount and staff information. Offer Redemption Summary: Shows Offer performance including redemptions, rejections, gross saves and average check.

The new Triggered messages & the old ones will be running simultaneously in the POS for 30 days after the LIVE date (1/18/2016). To redeem make sure to use the appropriate promo buttons in the POS: -For old offers use the same buttons as before -For new offers use the FISHBOWL button and enter the 9 digit number under the barcode and click OK. POS Redemption If your system doesn't show the Fishbowl button, the old buttons are there as backup
