ETF Reform Employer involvement now closed Maths employers report that they want people who can break down and solve problems in a job-specific way, and who have perseverance English employers report that they want people who speak clearly and confidently, and can understand and follow complex oral instructions ETF’s aim is to have updated literacy and numeracy standards in place by August 2016, with first teaching of new FS Maths and English by September 2018.
