Discussion Many of our pools were built years ago for a specific purpose, is the current infrastructure meeting the demands of our community? Can public pool owners afford to construct new purpose built aquatic infrastructure within each small community? Will we see more small town pools close as upgrades/reconstruction becomes too expensive to justify?
