An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor

Any adult who provides spray paint to minors for illegal purposes could also be arrested.

Pate Elementary Some students did not know that writing, etc on buildings was considered graffiti. This helped reinforce pride in the neighborhood. - Como Elementary Kids drew pictures of what parks and neighborhoods looked like with no graffiti and compared with pictures of how it was different from parks with graffiti. – De Zavala Elementary
