Let BLSC has its natural death. 2.Bridging currently operating BLSC 1.Try for a new project and funding and reactivate BLSC during the project period. 2.Create an independent BLSC as a non profit organisation. Arrange regular grant from the government. Submit projects for funding. Collaborate with international bodies like FDDI.

Aquaculture sector training Do nothing. No more training on GAP, HAACCP and CODEX as is being provided now. New project and funding. Training continues by the new project during the project period.

Leather sector training If BLSC continues, it will conduct training and skill development programme
