One Paragraph Description -Slide one is a depiction of a billboard with the specific information any individual will need for enrollment into the healthcare market place. This will be placed in Danville and or Pittsylvania county for view by those who do not have home computers or internet access. -Slide two is a pamphlet with the specific information individuals will need for for enrollment into the state of Virginia’s healthcare market place. The pamphlet attracts interest through a photo of a young woman who is attractive, is at the age and gender of those the pamphlet is aimed. The individuals interest is then led through the suggestions of shopping and bringing them to the center of the pamphlet which gives some vital information on the healthcare offer, where to enroll and when enrollment begins.

Promotion /Outreach Plan -These two informative and educational tools are designed for the underserve population of women in the Danville and Pittsylvania county. -The billboard will provide /constantly distribute the Marketplace healthcare information to anyone passing the billboard, wide distributions of information at a low cost which in this way will reach a large number of those who need the information. It additionally will have the added effect of spreading that information to family and friends of those who may be able to assist individuals who do not have computer or internet access. -The pamphlet will be place in beauty shops, barber shops( women take sons to get their hair cut), doctors office, health department, hospitals, and shared with churches. ( Danville is the city of churches). This will provide low cost wide distributions of this information. Information that can be quickly read and taken with an individual to share with others, no pen required to write the information down.
