All tithe of the local churches to be received by the Conference Division of tithe received by the Conference: - 10% to Caribbean Union Conference of SDA Created by Oliver Scott

- 10% to Inter-American Division [9% Directly to Inter-American Division and 1% to Caribbean Union Conference on behalf of Inter-American Division] Created by Oliver Scott

The 1% to the Caribbean Union Conference on behalf of the Division is tithe revertible; to be use for Evangelistic programs around the Caribbean Union Created by Oliver Scott

-6% to University of the Caribbean [USC} Created by Oliver Scott

-1% for Publishing Ministry given to Caribbean Union Conference [for the benefit of Colporteurs Created by Oliver Scott

-73% remains for Local Conference operations, salaries, evangelistic programs around the Conference and other operating expenses. Created by Oliver Scott

60% of general offerings remain with the local church 20% is for the conference and the other 20% is given to the higher level of the church (Inter- American Division) Created by Oliver Scott

Non-tithe funds includes the 20% that remain with the conference. The Conference 20% is used for: church buildings Subvention to SDA schools Subvention to Charles Memorial Home Created by Oliver Scott

Additionally: Local churches pay 40% of the Insurance cost for local church property. The Conference and the higher organization together cover 60% of the insurance cost for local church property. Created by Oliver Scott

Ingathering 90% of the amount ingathered above the basic goal comes back to the local church to meet needs of the community. The conference and the higher levels of the church use the remaining ingathering collection to help meet the needs of the wider community. Created by Oliver Scott

-The Conference gives 90% of one third of its basic goal to the Caribbean Union Conference. -The Conference gives 10% percent of the total ingathering received to the Inter-american Division. -The Conference Keeps the balance after giving to the local churches, Caribbean Union Conference and the Inter-American Division.
