An estimated 50% of all women will experience a urinary tract infection at some point in their lives, and 20-40% of these women will have recurring infections, putting them at risk for kidney and bloodstream infections.

Urinary tract infections are responsible for 8 million visits to physicians' offices every year are more common in adults than children. UTI can lead to serious kidney problems unless it’s treated by appropriate antibiotics. Having a proper diet can also help cure your bladder infection.

 Drink plenty of water because it empties bacteria out of the bladder and dilutes urine. 80 ounces of water a day helps you to get on the right track for recovery.  Eat non-acidic fruits and vegetables.  Include Zinc rich foods like salads, nuts, bran cereal, bananas, cheese and fish on your daily diet.
