Why Would I Do This?  If you’re in a place without Wi-Fi or the Wi-Fi isn’t very good Library Church buildings (on Sundays) Corner or basement of a building Hotels Airports Outdoors

Concerns  Personal Hotspots use the data of the cell phone, which is usually limited to a certain amount per month (i.e. 2GB / month)  Additional battery power is used on the phone while running a Personal Hotspot  Must have cell data coverage
