SUPERSTRUCTURE (INTERNAL) Remove existing defective plaster Re-plaster walls Re-paint walls Remove old in-situ floor coverings in leaving and sleeping areas and replace with ceramic tiles Replace all old and leaking plumbing works

SUPERSTRUCTURE (INTERNAL)… Remove all existing widow frame and replace them with aluminum window frames Remove all door frames and replace them with new timber door frames Remove all doors and replace them with new doors Replace all old and defective geysers with new ones
