Dotnet 4.0 (Install if not already) AMCap --- To Capture Video HandBrake --- To Compress Video File

Install AMCap.exe AMCap Menu

Under Capture Menu Select Setup

Select Video Capture Tab

For Container Format Select the (.WMV)

To Start Video Recording Capture --->Start Recording

Video File Is Stored In the Default Folder (ACNO+BOTHNO+time).WMV Compress Video File Using HankBrake (ACNO+BOTHNO+time).WMV To (ACNO+BOTHNO+time).Mp4

Install HankBrake.exe Open HankBrake

Use Only The Following Options

Click Source Click the file Option Browse the Select (ACNO+BOTHNO+time).WMV File

under Destination Option Browse ACNO+BothNo.mp4

For Output Settings, choose Mp4 if it is not selected and Check Web Optimized

Click on Video and make sure that H.264(X264) is selected

Click Start to compress the video. The green Start button will become red Stop button When compression is Over.
