Time and Task Management DEP drafts 1 st version of climate change action plan (for purposes of public comment). Begins 2/28/09, End 4/28/09 – Full CCAC Meeting on February 4 All CCAC recommendations for: GHG reduction options, targets, timelines, must be made before 6/14/09 – Full CCAC Meeting on June 3 CCAC will have an opportunity to recommend edits of the final draft 7/28/09 – 8/28/09 – Full CCAC Meeting TBD
Comments on ITB ‘Qualifications and Experience’
Comments (Re: Qualification and Experience) Experience in providing project facilitation, technical assistance, and economic analysis in multiple statewide climate change stakeholder planning processes. [John Quigley] Extensive knowledge of PA electricity market and PJM interconnection. [John Quigley] “Bidders for this research project should have a demonstrated record displaying knowledge of the integrated electric utility system in Pennsylvania and in the PJM system, and of the competitive relationship between Pennsylvania electric generators and those operating in regulated and restricted states within the PJM system.” [Ed Yankovich]

Process for Involving External Technical or Sector Experts in Subcommittee Meetings subcommittee chair, DEP subcommittee lead and Paula, prior to the applicable subcommittee meeting. The first time the expert is introduced, please provide a resume or brief explanation of their background. An should be sent each time that external expert plans to be involved.
Public Notice of Subcommittee Meetings Via Sunshine Act – published in local newspaper (The Patriot) on Saturday Posted to CCAC Subcommittee Website Members of the public will have to attend meetings in-person, not over the phone.
