Walton (1975:1) defines resource as ‘everything that is planned to contribute to the education enterprise’ Instructional resource: Anything that can support and contribute in the instructional process. A chalkboard in class is a resource because you use it for writing notes, draw diagrams and illustrations. A student if used to support learning becomes an instructional resource
