How we work

It can be seen as a high risk exercise to procure services, as we: 1.Do not have a standardised method to follow 2.Public sector is complex with it’s unique acronym loaded language that works in it’s own unique way 3.Track record of procuring projects and services is poor – 50/50 Procurement

In order to address this, Scape have created clear, simple and successful processes that: Deliver commercial advantage Deliver speed Deliver certainty Deliver quality performance Deliver social sustainability Solution

In Practice Authority (Public Sector Client) Partners

Framework Agreement – sets out the relationship between Scape and the framework partner – the overarching agreement. Delivery Agreement – model form included in the framework agreement. Project specific version signed by the framework partner and the client – the “contract”. Access Agreement – Between Scape and the client. Allows the client to access the Framework and award a contract without a further procurement process. The Agreements

Who is already benefitting Our frameworks are used by:  Central government agencies – e.g. EFA, DEFRA, MoD, DoT, Valuation Office and the NHS;  Local Government;  Universities & Colleges;  Housing Associations;  Police, Fire and Rescue, Ambulance Services; In addition to other national and public organisations such as the Forestry Commission, Natural History museum, Driving Standards Agency, National Crime Agency, Royal Botanical Gardens Kew.

National Competition By procuring large volume contracts Scape are able to secure highly competitive commercial rates and also lever in additional value in terms of best practice, sustainability, local delivery and training.

Tender philosophy
