TBICS—Customer Feedback The TBICS tutorial exercise was “ Very helpful--This is a great way to get immersed in TBICS (so this maybe was a ‘baptism by query?’). I'm a strong proponent of ‘learning by doing.’ “ “I was able to get into TBICS and get around pretty well. It is a little more complicated than the old website, but is better organized and seems to have lots more information.” “You have put together a wonderful and valuable tool for the states. I appreciate it and even had fun doing the exercises - you may remember that I am computer phobic and ignorant!”
