Level 1 - Training of trainers As the people who deal with risk groups, must be proficient in variety of topics, University of Tartu offers several training programs.

Training courses for labour market counselors At Institute of Psychology we offer trainings like Fundamentals of career services Group counseling Career Information Specialist training, etc.

Level 2 – training program for the disadvantaged Work practice course in Võru

Who are the trainees? Who are the disadvantaged in Estonia (1st presentation) Jobless people, mainly longterm People with drinking problem Big families (a mother of 7) People living in remote regions People of low education level People with specific needs (handicapped) (a man injured in car accident)

Why can’t they find job? Not enough educated Lack of special skills Lack of working places in the region Low self esteem Not motivated
