Management Team Cizzle Brands Network will operate under five basic teams namely; The Leadership Team The Motivation or Employee Morale Team The Safety and Environmental Team The Employee Wellness Team The Culture and Communication Team

Management Team Contd The Leadership Team: This team would comprise of the heads of each department within the company. They would be responsible for managing the affairs of the organization, as well as reporting to the office of the C.E.O. Members of this team would be referred to as managers and would be eligible to take part in board meetings with the C.E.O

Management Team Contd The Motivation or Employee Morale Team: This team is responsible for planning and carrying out events and activities that would build a positive spirit amongst employees. They would be the chief planners and executors of milestone celebrations, employee birthdays as well as arrival of new babies. Organization of employee picnics, lunches and other things of same sort fall under this category.

Management Team Contd The Safety and Environmental Team: This team will ensure the safety of employees in the workplace. The team would be in charge of safety trainings, safety talks, auditing of housekeeping, safety and workplace organization. They would ensure that precautionary and safety measures are in place, used when ought to and maintained when needed.

Management Team Contd The Employee Wellness Team: This team’s major responsibility is to focus on health and fitness of employees. Walking clubs, running teams and so on as well as periodic testing of health of employees must be put in place by this team.

Management Team Contd The Culture and Communication Team: The team would be in charge of creating a defined company culture necessary for the success of the organization. It would foster a two-way communication in the organization to ensure employee input up the chain of command. It may also sponsor the monthly newsletter, weekly company update, quarterly employee satisfaction surveys and an employee suggestion process.
