Important ideas Providing online career education resources that help kids GET REAL

Classroom Workplace The equation: Increased Skills = Increased $$$$ Capacity

A main idea for teachers Foundational skills are the basics for success in careers as well as college. Based on the powerful WorkKeys System developed by ACT, inc.

A main idea for students: Keys2Work shows the direct tie between skills learned in school and skills needed in careers. The equation: Increased Skills = Increased $$$$ Capacity

Differentiated instruction solution Keys2Work offers UNLIMITED, DIFFERENTIATED online instruction in 9 skill areas that are CORE foundational skills needed for success in ANY career. This is what makes Keys2Work ideal within an IEP and as a drop in program in any class.

The Skills  Reading for Information  Applied Mathematics  Locating Information  Teamwork  Listening for Understanding  Business Writing  Workplace Observation  Applied Technology  Plus: Soft Skills These are the foundational skill areas determined as critical by EMPLOYERS.

The Keys2Work Program

Gains = $$$$$$ IMPORTANT: For each skill level raised using the curriculum, the average annual earning potential increases by at least $6000. For example, in one year Parkway West CTC used Keys2Work with their students and increased 500 levels just last year. This equates to an increased earning potential of $3,000,000. Amazing way to report gains data back to the Commonwealth.

Bonus: Applied Technology The Applied Technology curriculum is a truly amazing curriculum that covers the areas of Mechanics, Thermodynamics and Fluid Dynamics and Electricty. This curriculum has enough content for a course on the subject and is a great support curriculum for technical students.

Bonus: Career Skills The Soft Skills curriculum covers the career readiness soft skills that are the other core part of the PA Career Standards for Career Education and Work.

Thank you Enjoy the program.
