These resources should be encouraged at all stages of the treatment journey..... Where these resources are not currently available, commissioners and planners should seek to support their growth”

Moving on in my Recovery 12 session programme developed out of conversations with people in recovery Co-led by volunteer peer group leaders together with a treatment worker. Sessions span mental wellbeing, relationships, loss, stigma, being me and managing low mood Provides a positive way of leaving a service together with support into mutual aid.
