The 5 th CJK NGN Working Group Meeting 4 TTA’s Role In order to get 070 numbers, ITSP & operators MUST achieve ‘TTA Certification for Internet Telephony QoS’ TTA requires Internet Telephony Service of each ITSP or operator at least that – ITU-T G.107 R value be above 70 (MOS 3.6) – End-to-end delay be less than 150ms – Call successful rate be more than 95% Certification status ( ) – 8 Special category telecommunications operator achieved TTA certifications – 4 operators among them already acquired ‘070’ numbers – Quality assessment will be carried out for common carriers
