 A time clause is a clause that gives information about when something happened in the future. I’ll watch TV after I finish my homework.

 Use before or after at the beginning of a time clause.  In a sentence with will, use the present tense in the time clause.  The time clause can come first or second in the sentence. If the time clauses is first, it is followed by a comma.

 I’ll look at the neighborhood carefully before I choose the new apartment.  Before I choose the new apartment, I’ll look at the neighborhood carefully.  I’ll meet my neighbors after I move into my new apartment.  After I move into my new apartment, I’ll meet my neighbors.

1.we find a place for the meeting / we make an invitation. (after) After we find a place for the meeting, we will make an invitation. 2. we make a list of things to talk about / we give invitations to all the neighbors (before) We’ll give invitations to all the neighbors, before we make a list of things to talk about.
