Example: Student A & Student B While both Haitian and Nigerian wedding have some similarities, there are several differences in the way it is organized. In Nigeria, before the church wedding we do the traditional and the traditional wedding is done in the bride’s family house. Also in Nigeria, before the traditional wedding commences, the bride prepares the food for the invited guest and family to eat. In addition, the groom’s family pays a dowry called bride price which shows full responsibilities. In Haiti, they don’t do the traditional wedding, but only the church wedding. Furthermore, in Haiti, before the church wedding, they do what is called couple therapy for two months – the bride and groom will meet with the pastor and the pastor will interview both couples. In contrast, Nigerians do the traditional wedding while Haitians don’t do traditional wedding. Another difference is in Nigerians’ traditional and church wedding the bride prepares the dish, on the other hand, the mum prepares the dish for the church wedding in Haiti. In Nigeria, the groom pays a dowry, while in Haiti, they don’t do dowry at all.

Microsoft Word You will type your paragraphs in Microsoft Word. Hints (based off the 3 biggest problems): – Use the TAB key to indent your paragraphs – no spaces – To double space, do NOT hit enter between lines! Select all of the text in your essay by hitting ctrl and A at the same time (ctrl + A) then go to the arrow in the bottom right corner of the paragraph banner and change the line spacing drop down box to double. – RUN SPELL CHECK before you turn ANYTHING in!!! Run spell check by clicking Review at the top of your screen to the right. Then click Spelling & Grammar Check on the top left hand side of your screen.
