Send Outline to PowerPoint Go to File and hold mouse pointer over Send Choose Send to PowerPoint and left click the mouse

Fine Tuning Your Slides Go to Format then slide layout –Slide layout should appear First Slide: Apply Text Layouts –Title slide > Apply to selected slides Second slide > automatically defaults to slide layout –Click down arrow to see more slides If more than text on slide > Pick Text and Content Layouts
Save presentation again using same title
To add a picture, spread sheet, chart, etc. to a slide Pick the first slide of the Text and Content Layouts > Apply to selected slide From Insert > picture > From file –Go to file holding picture(s) –Double click on picture needed
