All services are designed specifically for the Business and Education sectors from the ground up, not re-branded home user services. No restrictions within our network, meaning the services we provide your organisation run at the speed they are meant to and the way you need them to. No Port or Protocol blocking or service restrictions. Our customers stay with us because they want to, and because the service and support is outstanding. Not because they are contracted to. The prices we charge to schools are exactly the same as we charge to all of our customers, not charged with a premium unlike other providers. The Exa difference

All telephone calls answered within 15 seconds by a real human not an automated phone system or overseas call centre and s replied to within 30 minutes*. Technical support staff with real ISP knowledge, not just the ability to read a script. Exa has been nominated for an ISPA Award, our industry equivalent of an Bafta every year since Real support * During working hours, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and 10am – 4pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
