Key 2 – Leadership Training Rick Warren says that “Once you stop learning you stop leading.” Key 3 - Senior Pastor support The senior pastor’s support of recovery program makes it acceptable for someone to be in recovery Key 4 – Fellowship Event The main focus of fellowship event is to help members develop healthy relationships. Key 5 - Curriculum Celebrate Recovery is based on the Bible and on Christ-centered ministry. Key 6 – New Group They do not start a new group until they have a trained leader and co-leader. Key 7 – Outreach Outreach keeps the recovery ministry healthy and growing.
