Division Properties: When you divide by the same base, subtract the exponents: When you raise a quotient to a power, raise both the numerator and denominator to that power.

To divide powers with the same base, subtract the exponents.

To raise a quotient to a power, raise both the dividend and divisor to the power. To raise a fraction to a power, raise the top and bottom to that power. When you raise an exponent to a power, multiply the exponents. 7x17x1 7x57x5
