Corporate Sustainability Performance of Organisational Governance The enterprise has the basic pillars of an ethical program, in the form of four documents: Company Mission and Vision Code of Conduct Rules and policies Dubai Government regulations So far no systematic approach to Sustainable Developement goals, the elements are embedded into the culture, the general business strategy or their implementing policies, but that is, so far, not the case in a structured manner. ISO verification The enterprise will go for the ISO verification to document and show their commitment to adhere to international best practices and standards and to take the lead within Dubai Government in Sustainability and Social Responsibility Verification will be performed close to the already performed gap analysis, the Sustainability strategy development and the role out of the Sustainability action plan. The verification has a value of three years with one midterm update audit to be performed.

Further integrating CSR into education, training and research– ( A renewed EU strategy for Corporate Social Responsibility) The Commission intends to: Provide further financial support for education and training projects on CSR under the EU Lifelong Learning and Youth in Action Programmes, and launch an action in 2012 to raise the awareness of education professionals and enterprises on the importance of cooperation on CSR.
