No real awareness of veterans or their families right to priority treatment No real understanding of armed forces personnel criteria or how to record it No structured pathway of information for veterans, service personnel or their families Responsibility of the patient or family to inform us Where We Were? June Better local understanding and awareness of veterans need for priority treatment across Tayside Developed the e-referral information system which allowed General Practice to identify veterans Raising awareness of Scottish Government guidance Contact with local Armed Force Personnel Escalation of priority patient care if Veterans status is identified
