ADDITIONAL PROJECTS cont.  District Wide Energy Upgrades $3.1M (Gym Lighting and Windows) - New LED Gym lighting project is complete - Partial window replacements at 18 schools will be advertised this month for summer 2016 construction  Flooring Replacements $900K (2010 and 2011 flooring bond balances) - Carpet scope includes Butte, Cottonwood, Finger Lake, Goose Bay, Sherrod, Swanson, Trapper Creek, and Willow Elementary Schools for a total of 108,000 SF of new flooring -- Assembly approved carpet install contract to CYS Enterprises April 5 - Bid for new gym floors at Big Lake and Willow closed May 2, with Alaska Industries contract going to the Assembly May 17 for approval  Roof Bond Balance $800K - Project includes Sutton ES roof replacement and Tanaina ES roof mods - Contract to EP Roofing approved Feb 16 for summer 2016 completion
