To survive a disaster You need to be prepared

So have a “kit” or stockpile ready Your kit should include: A weeks supply of food Ten gallons of water A weapon for defense in case of rioting or looters

Being physically able Make sure to be “fit” enough to be able to run, jump, etc. Know at least one type of close combat. Jiu jitsu, Tae quan do, etc. Be able to run for moderate amounts of time and distance

Know your surroundings In the extreme case that you may have to escape you must know your local surroundings Know basics for being able to live off the land Have a backup plan for where you would seek refuge(try to find a place that the rest of the population wouldn't choose and has supplies)
