Presentation transcript:

Down at the bottom of the garden. By Finley Morley

Being out in the garden feels special, magical and fun Out in the countryside we found lots of interesting insects like colourful, bright and patterned butterflies.

Being Out Side We where lucky that we found sheep because not many people find sheep, we found sheep because we where in the countryside.

What I learnt about things that grow in the garden. There are 3 different types of fungi. There are some poisonous fungi, you must never eat things out of the garden unless you know they are safe. When you plant seeds to grow vegetables you need to dig the soil first and take out any weeds which might affect your seeds from growing. Once you’ve done this you need check if they have enough space in the soil.

What I learnt about things that live in the garden. Beetles are black and mainly come out at night because they are black they can not be seen, they can’t be seen when there hunting for food. Centipede's have extremely long legs, lots of legs and you mostly find them underneath rocks and stones. There are 3 different types of worms, there are Glow worms, Silk worms and Earthworms. Earthworms are very good for the soil, they move and loosen the soil and add nutrients to it.

Go in the garden it’s fun and interesting. You might even find a gnome or a fairy. The End.
