Community Development Department RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the Planning and Land Development Regulation Board (PLDRB) recommend transmittal of the FLUM amendment to the Florida Department of Community Affairs (FDCA). Staff recommends that the application be scheduled for another PLDRB hearing after the ORC report from FDCA. Staff recommends that the Development Order for the Neoga Lakes Development of Regional Impact (DRI) be scheduled for review simultaneously with the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
