Issues  One in four tenants with mental health issues has serious rent arrears and risk losing their home.  Sometimes when people with mental health issues are unwell the condition of their property can deteriorate.  People with mental health issues are often the victims of harassment and victimisation.

Services Provided  Complete a Needs Assessment to identify what the individual goals are  Work on a weekly basis towards achieving their identified goals  Help with Life Skills  Assistance with access to local services  Help with budgeting  To be an advocate

Criteria  Aged 18  Live in the Wychavon Area  Be in receipt of Housing Benefit  Be prepared to complete a Risk Assessment with staff member  Individual wants to work towards identified goals  Have regular weekly contact
