Position in Suffolk The PCT has a total of 231 care homes. Of these: 46 are classified by CQC as Nursing Service Category 185 are classified by CQC as Residential Service Category Of those classified as residential, 16 are managed by Suffolk County Council

Patient safety & Clinical Quality To ensure the clinical quality and safety in all services commissioned and provided (directly or through independent contractors) by the PCT

High impact actions - preventing falls - keeping patients nourished - promoting skin care - protection from infection
