AMERICA’S ARMY Our Profession – Living the Army Ethic Slide 2 UNCLASSIFIED/FOUO Mission Our mission is to provide administrative and logistical support to educate and train international military and selected civilians from partner nations to achieve medical standardization and interoperability for full spectrum operations in support of United States national security objectives.

AMERICA’S ARMY Our Profession – Living the Army Ethic Slide 3 UNCLASSIFIED/FOUO Role of the International Programs Division Authority outlined in AR 12-15, Joint Security Cooperation Education and Training (JSCET) Manages all the medical training of International Military Students (IMS) within JBSA Fort Sam Houston under the auspices of the Security Cooperation Education and Training Program. Supports the training activities; the OTSG Global Health Division, and the Security Assistance Training Field Activity, US Army Training and Doctrine Command, in student administration, training, and execution of the DOD Field Studies Program (FSP). Acts as the local contact office for OTSG/ MEDCOM International Visits Program, the Military Personnel Exchange Program, the Foreign Liaison Officer (FLO) Program, Personnel Exchange Program (MPEP), and Foreign Military Defense Attaché Offices at the National Capitol Region.
