The aim of ATM’s policy To contribute to create a sustainable community. To provide a concrete solution to tackle climate change. To give the right answers to the new “awakeing” clients (people who have the power to change the world with their choices).

How we do it ATM uses a variety of communications channels, depending on the message and the intended target.

Promoting public transport 2008 company campaign. Objective: promote ATM as an alternative to cars, which the campaign references in its language and style

Promoting public transport company campaign. The campaign uses six people to focus on the main initiatives of ATM's new season. Bus drivers, tram drivers, controllers and cleaning staff, as well as the IT experts and office workers who created the BikeMi project. The campaign's message is direct responsibility, without the need for additional images or slogans. This is the face of ATM

BikeMi BikeMi, the bike sharing service conceived and designed to support and integrate the transport network. It was inaugurated in December At 30 June stations 1,200 bikes 9,900 users per year

Guidami To promote Guidami, ATM's car sharing service, a campaign was launched to inform the public of theadvantages of this service.

247 NEW MEANS from January 2008 to date: 154 EEV buses They bear green stickers so passengers can see that they are ecobuses. 10 radiobuses 30 trolley buses 42 trams (68 by year end) 11 Meneghino trains (20 by year end) Onboard air conditioning works: on 90% of the buses; on 60% of the trains; on 40% of the trams.

What do the clients see? The 1,600 NEW SHELTERS designed by Norman Foster (compared to 1,000 one year ago).

What do the clients see? 1,600 new maps of the network; new underground maps at the shelters; 150 new video cameras at bus, tram and trolley bus stops.1,000 additional runs; Extension of evening peak hours until 8.30 pm; The complete renovation of the first station, Garibaldi, now accessible to disabled persons with the new lift on the stairs; Opening of the new ATM Point.

Atm-mi.it is the public transport portal with the most hits in Italy It ranks 3rd among transport sites, after CAI and Trenitalia

ACT INTERNATIONALLY MEMBERSHIP: UITP, MMG, POLIS, CEEP An open door to other experiences and best practices’s sharing UITP CHARTER ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT Signed in 2003, it is a concrete sign to support and address the company voluntary commitment. ATM hosted last year - October - the Conference “Making Tomorrow Today” ENERGY EUROPE CAMPAIGN Publication of the project description both on the Campaign website and the Campaign Annual Catalogue. Use of the logo of Sustainable Energy Europe in all communication and promotional initiatives related to the project presented. Entering a European network of sustainable energy-related actors.
