PARTY MASK EXAMPLE Character: Lady Capulet Character description: Juliet’s mother, obedient, old-fashioned Example of an action: Lady Capulet attempts to pressure her daughter into marrying Count Paris Example of a quote: “Well, think of marriage now; younger than you, Here in Verona, ladies of esteem, Are made already mothers.” Example of how other characters view Lady Capulet: Lord Capulet says women who are married too young are ruined, suggesting he thinks it was a bad idea for Lady Capulet to marry so young.
