Pass book printing machines and other infrastructure are not provided by all the banks at their customer service point, it should be provided to all CSP points so that customers get their passbook updated and accordingly their level of confidence will be increased. Service center for maintenance of equipments must be available at the doorstep of CSPs. More incentive schemes should be introduced for Bank Mitras as well as Field level workers of State Government e.g. Anganwary workers, Asha Workers etc for wide publicity of PMJDY Scheme in the remote villages (activation of zero balance accounts, activation of Rupay Card) and implementation of the scheme in its true spirit. The issues related to regular payment of remunerations/incentives of the Bank Mitras are to be taken care of to motivate the Bank Mitras achieving targeted goal. Local Officials of network service providers may be invited in DCC to resolve the connectivity related issues at Customer Service Points of Bank Mitras. Comprehensive Training to be imparted to the Bank Mitras for marketing of Banking Products, micro insurance products and pension products particularly in rural areas. Amount of withdrawals and deposit per transaction at the CSP point must be revised keeping in view the need of the customers and economic value of money. Security arrangements have been made by the District administration where split working hours introduced and criminal activity prone areas. District administration started conducting meetings with CSPs and Banks to implement the programme. 2.6 Setting High Standrads of Services & continued improvement for implementation of the programme in the district District administration is vigilant on the activities of Bank Mitras to prevent any untoward incident and customers also advised (by display of notice) to bring to the notice of the bank and the district administration of any untoward incident if happened. Opening of accounts under PMJDY creates saving habit and less dependence on Mahajani system of lending. Some account holders got overdraft facilities in their OD accounts observing the laid down norms and started business with the said loan and earned more.
