Ceremony is Saturday, June 11 th, in the gym, at 4:30 p.m. Ticket requests- Avg. # of tickets= 6-7 Rehearsal- June 10 th, 1-3pm. Loaner caps/gowns- need based- Google form Row monitor and seating requests Rows of 8 students Choose staff member- start asking NMHS staff now! CLASS OF 2016 CHECKLIST!  If you want to speak or perform at graduation, get an application today!  Start thinking about who you want to sit with (staff and friends) at graduation. Tell those staff members that you want them to lead a row at graduation (this will make them feel good)!  Josten’s will be in the commons on April 19 th 7:30 a.m. to the end of lunch to disperse graduation items. PURCHASE YOUR STOLE AND TASSEL- HE WILL HAVE THEM ON HAND!  Listen to the announcements for important senior information.  MOST IMPORTANTLY- TAKE CARE OF SCHOOL BUSINESS! Get your work done and get it handed in on time.

Earning a Diploma Students must meet all District and State Graduation Requirements to earn a Medford School District Standard Diploma, Modified Diploma, Extended Diploma, or Alternative Diploma (Certificate). Dates by Which ALL Requirements Must Be Met S EVEN DAYS BEFORE GRADUATION PRACTICE This is the date that students are expected to have completed all requirements for graduation including all class assignments, all tests, and the Senior Project. Additionally, the appropriate number of credits for graduation must be completed. T WO DAYS BEFORE GRADUATION PRACTICE By noon on the Wednesday before graduation practice, students who still have not completed all assigned work, may still turn in work until the Wednesday, two days before graduation practice. Students in this situation must be working with their counselor and teachers and will be required to spend additional time to complete all work required for a Medford high school diploma. W EDNESDAY AFTER 12:00 P. M. Any work turned in after the Wednesday noon date will be reviewed and corrected during the week following the graduation ceremony. Students turning in work at this time will NOT be walking in the graduation ceremony.
