Primary Dewatering Processes  Belt Filter Press, 12-14% Solids  Screw Press, 30-32% Solids  Replacement of entire system to include new dewatering equipment, inlet valves, sludge pipeline, electrical system, polymer system, flow meter, conveyors, holding area, instrumentation and structure

Secondary Clarifiers  Replacement of entire system to include new drive shafts, inlet valves, energy displacement baffles, flights, chains, wear shoes, weirs and scum troughs  Increased reliability, stability and capacity of the biology system and compliance

Blowers  Existing natural gas blowers were replaced with high efficiency electric turbo blowers  Saving the city an average of $8,000 per month in utility fees

Aeration Basins  Replacement of entire system to include new stainless steel piping, diffusers, fiberglass walls, valves, and instrumentation  Increased reliability, stability and capacity of the biology system and compliance

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition  Replacement of entire system to include new programmable logic controllers, human machine interface, fiber optic lines, servers, computers, instrumentation and program  Provides real-time monitoring and controls and the ability to track and trend the system
