TPTF approved the changes to incorporate this functionality into the MMS DAM and Supplemental Ancillary Service Market (SASM) Requirements.  On May 23, TPTF discussed the status of the vendor impact study for incorporating reporting requirements for NPRR102, Implementation of PUC Subst. ROS Meeting – 06/12/087Texas Nodal Program - TPTF Update Last month at TPTF / May 2008 Other Notable Discussions/ May 22 – 23, 2008 (cont’d):May 22 – 23 Infrastructure (INF) Project:  On May 22, TPTF asked ERCOT to reconsider its interpretation of the compliance requirements affecting Market Participants per the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Reliability Standard Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) 004-1, Cyber Security – Personnel and Training.  On June 3, 2008, a market announcement was distributed indicating that Market Participants who will be accessing ERCOT Systems via Digital Certificates should complete the CIP requirements for personnel training and risk assessment pursuant to the timeline applying to each of their companies rather than by the July 1, 2008 deadline applicable to ERCOT.  On June 5, the compliance issue for CIP was highlighted to the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).
