Block 30 Overview On April 30, 2013, the Government of the Republic of the Sudan granted an exploration license for Block 30 in Red Sea State to Kush for Exploration and Production Co. Ltd. (Kush E&P) In October 2013, Kush E&P started field works: - over 500 samples collected - 70% of the Block 30 (total area is 4,426 km 2 ) explored -4,400 linear meters trenching -47 core drilling wells - 41 RC drilling wells Successful and timely completion of the exploration works Infrastructure construction, including field camp, utilities connection, and the laboratory complex have been completed, 4 water wells have been set up. 2 Block 30
Gold Processing Plant - Opening In September 2014, Kush E&P started construction of a gold processing plant (GPP) In the end of 2014 Kush E&P and Sudanese partners established a special project company – Alliance for Mining Co. Ltd. – to operate the GPP and hold production license In May 2015, an official ceremony of launching the GPP took place. It was attended by representatives of Sudanese and Russian authorities The GPP is capable to process up to 150,000 tons of ore per year (20 tons per hour) The processing capacity can be expanded up to 200,000 tons during the next two years 600 kg gold produced in The production is to be increased in the coming years 3

Social contribution Alliance for Mining Co. Ltd is an important employer in the region: local specialists work at the company as of January 1 st, Total personnel specialists (80 % - Sudanese) -In 2013 Kush E&P sponsored the opening of the Russian Language Center at the University of Khartoum named after the world famous Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. -In 2013 over 250,000 SDG allocated to buy food and medicine, US $100,000 provided to the Sudanese government to restore regions, suffering from flooding - In 2014 over 80,000 SDG transferred to provide food to low- income families - In 2015 Alliance for Mining Co. Ltd financed construction of a temporary mosque for Sudanese employees at site. In the future the company plans to build a new main one.
