Youth Mental Health First Aid(YMHFA) USA First Aider Training In the United States, about 1 in 5 adolescents suffer from mental illness. As a result, Mental Health First Aid USA created a training to help people acknowledge that mental illnesses are real, common, and treatable and that it’s OK to seek help.
